While we take great care in crafting and selecting our products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bulk Yarn for Dyeing (once opened or treated)
  • Weaving Yarns that have been cut or used
  • Rag Weaving Materials that have been altered
  • Any spinning or weaving tools that show signs of use
  • Opened Spindle Kits or used Spinning Accessories
Please note: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fiber materials that have been opened or show signs of use. Your understanding helps us maintain the quality and safety standards our community of fiber artists deserves.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Include Documentation: Place a copy of your receipt and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship to Us: Send your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return

Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method through the same payment service you used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a Spinning Wheel with manufacturing flaws or damaged Spindles), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
