Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Woolery Store purchase. While we take great care in crafting and selecting our products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of item
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Documentation: Receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and safety standards for our community of fiber artists, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or treated Bulk Yarn for Dyeing
- Cut or used Weaving Yarns
- Altered Rag Weaving Materials
- Spinning or weaving tools showing signs of use
- Opened Spindle Kits or used Spinning Accessories
- Any fiber materials that have been opened or show signs of use
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item: Secure the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Include Documentation: Place a copy of your receipt and RMA number clearly on the package exterior

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance.
Refunds & Processing
- Notification: Email confirmation when we receive your return
- Inspection: We inspect all returns upon receipt
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after return approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Please Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a Spinning Wheel with manufacturing flaws or damaged Spindles), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
